A handsome antique English oak gateleg table dating to the early 20th century, designed in the traditional 17th-century manner. Featuring a circular top when fully extended, twin drop leaves, turned supports and a stretchered base with decorative beaded detailing. A single drawer sits beneath the top with its original-style metal handle, while the hinged gateleg construction allows the table to fold down considerably when not in use. Crafted from oak with a warm aged finish. Very minor consistent with age and use, including minor scuff marks, scratches, rubbing and variations to the timber and finish.
