FLAT RATE SHIPPING to SYD/BNE/MEL METRO AREAS

We are pleased to announce that we are now offering $200 incl. GST flat rate shipping for orders of $2,000 incl. GST or more to Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne metro areas. Please select 'Request A Quote' at checkout and complete your purchase, and our team will verify your location and add the $200 shipping fee to you order. You will then be sent an automated email from our system requesting payment of the shipping fee. Payment is required in full prior to despatch. Brisbane 'Metro' and Melbourne 'Metro' locations are defined as within a 40km radius of the CBD. Sydney 'Metro' locations are defined as within a 40kms radius of Parramatta CBD. Manor on George reserves the right to deny flat rate shipping eligibility if location or minimum spend requirements are not met. 

NOTE for SYDNEY deliveries: if shipping rates work out to be LESS than the flat rate fee of $200 incl. GST, you will be charged the carriers rate instead.

 

AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING

We ship Australia-wide. Please select 'Request A Quote' at checkout and our team will source a range of shipping quotes. The most cost effective shipping quote will be added to the order. You will then receive an automated email informing you of the shipping cost. If you decide not to proceed with the purchase due to the shipping cost, simply inform our team who will cancel the order (providing we are informed in a timely manner).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

International shipping available for select items. Please email manorongeorge@gmail.com and include your full address, contact number (including area codes) and links/screenshots of the item/s you are interested in, and we will source an accurate shipping quote. Please note, some products are not able to shipped internationally (e.g. very delicate items). 

 

REFUND, EXCHANGES AND CHANGE OF MIND

Manor on George does NOT refund items for change of mind. Manor on George will provide an exchange or store credit for goods returned to the store within 14 days of purchase, in original condition and packaging and with proof of purchase. Items must be returned to the store at customers expense. Exchange or store credit excludes any shipping costs of the original sale. If a credit note is issued, it will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

 

LAY-BY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Lay-bys require a minimum 30% deposit and are strictly limited to 8 week payment terms from date of deposit. Lay-bys are considered cancelled if the balance is not paid after 8 weeks from the date of deposit. If cancelled, a 30% cancellation fee applies. Storage fees may apply if goods remain uncollected 2 weeks after final payment.

 

CONDITIONS OF BUYING VINTAGE & ANTIQUE ITEMS

Antique and vintage products are of an age or nature which precludes their being in pristine condition and some product descriptions and images refer to damage and/or restoration. Such information is given for guidance only and the absence of such information does not imply that an antique or vintage product is free from defects, nor does any reference to particular defects imply the absence of others. All antique and vintage products are sold “as is”, and the buyer must satisfy themselves in relation to the condition of the product prior to purchasing by personal inspection or other means. Upon request, Manor on George is happy to provide additional photos of a product prior to purchase. Any representation or statement by Manor on George as to the origin, date, age, period, attribution, genuineness, provenance, condition and/or quality is a statement of opinion only. Any product description or photo are for guidance only and should not be relied upon in terms of tone or colour.
