Large vintage handmade terracotta urn by Motyaj, Italy. A substantial traditional form with twin handles, applied floral medallions and an incised geometric band around the body. Finished in warm natural terracotta with an aged, weathered surface. Handmade in Italy and stamped to the rim. Drainage hole to the base, making it suitable for use as a planter or decoratively indoors. Vintage condition with surface wear, chips, losses and areas of old repair throughout.
