A classic vintage leather Chesterfield wingback armchair upholstered in rich deep green hide, featuring traditional deep buttoning, scroll arms and brass stud detailing. Raised on carved timber cabriole front legs with square rear supports. The proportions are generous and comfortable, with lovely patina to the leather that only comes with age and use. The Gascoigne manufacturer label remains present beneath the cushion. A timeless statement piece suited to both traditional and eclectic interiors.
Condition: Good vintage condition with age appropriate wear and light marking to the seat consistent with use. A slight, barely noticeable cut in leather located on the front of bottom part of chair - please see photos for more detail details. Structurally sound and comfortable.
