A classic vintage Rococo Revival piece in the Louis XV taste, with deep scrolling corners, acanthus detail and shell-like motifs giving it that soft, flowing movement. Rectangular form with an inner moulded frame, which gives it a bit more presence than a standard single-frame mirror. Works well above a chest or console, or equally strong leaned. Likely mid to late 20th century, made in the revival style. Good vintage condition with wear to the gilt finish and light spotting to the mirror plate consistent with age, all adding to the overall character.
