A beautiful pair of oversized vintage bedside chests in the French Louis XVI Revival style. Finished in a soft antique ivory with subtle warm grey detailing, each chest features three generous drawers with decorative metal handles, framed drawer fronts, fluted column details and long tapered legs. The restrained neoclassical detailing and proportions are characteristic of Louis XVI furniture. Much larger than the usual bedside table, with excellent storage and enough scale to sit comfortably beside a king bed. They could also work beautifully as a pair of small chests elsewhere in the home. Sold as a pair.
