An antique Colonial pine chess table with an oval top centred by a timber chessboard, raised on a turned pedestal and three shaped legs. The table has plenty of age and wear, particularly across the top and legs, with rubbing, scratches, marks and variation to the finish consistent with years of use. Includes a newer complete set of black and ivory toned moulded chess pieces as pictured. A charming little games table equally suited as a side or occasional table.
