Elegant vintage Italian Capodimonte porcelain table lamp in classical urn form. Twin scrolled handles, pierced gallery and finely moulded relief depicting a romantic pastoral scene. Finished in a soft blue/grey glaze with gilt accents and intentional antiqued detailing that settles into the recesses. 'Capodimonte, Italy' and pattern number marked to base. Raised on a square plinth base, giving it a good sense of height. Wear consistent with age, including light rubbing to the glaze and gilt.
